Numbered companies are registered directly; for a named company we run a NUANS name search first (+$70, government fee included).
Minute book
Premium includes a digital minute book (by-laws, share registers, etc.); on its own it's $200, with digital hosting at $200 / year.
Tax accounts to get started
After incorporating, we can also open your CRA business number (BN), HST account and more (billed separately).

If you only operate in Ontario, an Ontario corporation is usually enough; if you'll operate in several provinces or want your name protected across Canada, consider a federal corporation. Not sure? Ask us first.
How long does it take?+
An Ontario company usually takes 1–3 business days once we have everything; rush filing ($150) takes 1–2 hours after confirmation.
